    How to use

How to make spiced turmeric milk
·Take around 150-200 ml of milk (ideal is to use Gir Gomata or Desi Gomata milk) and boil it.
·Once the milk starts boiling, add half teaspoon of spiced turmeric powder in the milk and simmer it for 3-4 minutes.
·Add required amount of mishri (rock sugar) to the milk while it is boiling.
·After 3-4 minutes of boiling, remove the turmeric milk from stove and have it hot.

    When and how to drink
·Spiced turmeric milk has to be consumed at least once a day. If taking for lack of sleep, then to be taken before sleeping in the night by adding 1 teaspoon of melted ghee.
·This milk has to be taken ideally on empty stomach first thing in the morning. Milk has to be hot while drinking.
·People with acidity can have the milk hot after eating breakfast. Or have the milk with some biscuits.
·Important to have the milk with mishri. This sugar helps in preventing any kind of acidity or burning sensation.
·People with diabetes can have milk without mishri. If they have acidity, then milk has to be taken along with breakfast.
·Do not add honey or jaggery in place of mishri as both may cause acidity problems.

    Points to remember
·Adults and children above 10 years can take this as per given instructions.
